We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all premium purchases from AI Built Tools. If you’re not satisfied with a product, here’s how to request a refund.
How to Qualify
- Contact us within 14 days of your purchase date
- Provide evidence that you attempted to use the product as intended
- Explain the specific issue you ran into
- Email your refund request to info@aibuilttools.com
Note: Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Points spent on a purchase, or purchases made after the 14-day window, are non-refundable. ABT points themselves (earned via bonuses or bought in a point pack) are never refunded once used.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your refund request, we’ll review it and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
